Clotilda Descendants Association

Half a century after the Atlantic slave trade was abolished, the Clotilda made its notorious voyage as the last ship to transport enslaved Africans to the United States. In 2019, a momentous announcement revealed the discovery of the Clotilda at the depths of the Mobile River. In response to this significant find, I was commissioned to create a commemorative logo mark honoring the 110 survivors.
